Authorization Group of Auditing and Certification of Recyclable Waste (Motor Vehicles -Northern Region). During the period from January 1st, 2013 to December 31st, 2014, the total amounts of on-site engine auditing and certification were accumulated at 145,253 waste automobile vehicles and 227,911 waste motorcycle vehicles. The certified disposable quantities were accumulated at 140,278 waste automobile vehicles and 209,524 waste motorcycle vehicles. In addition, the total certified body clearance quantity was 78,714,990 kg. The auditing of operation processes was categorized into 5 areas including qualification standards, equipment inspections, work facility standards, collection operation standards, and storage operation standards. The total of disqualified items was accumulated at 118 accounts (from total inspection items of 38,340 accounts) and the average disqualification rate is calculated at 0.31%. All disqualified items were corrected and improved on-site upon the requests of audition team. The auditing of environmental safety was categorized into 4 areas including environmental protection equipment validity, work facility and pollution prevention inspection, fire hazard prevention equipment, and industry safety and cleanness. The total of disqualified items was accumulated at 78 accounts (from total inspection items of 29,820 accounts) and the average disqualification rate was calculated at 0.26%.All disqualified items were corrected and improved on-site upon the requests of audition team. This project was under inspection without warning, the categories can be divided into [Reimbursement qualifications],[Mechanical equipment],[Project plant model],[Storage protocols],[Plant surroundings]. These 6 categories would be inspected between January 1, 2013, to December 31, 2014. There were a total of 1,537 inspections done without warning, averaging to 64 times each month. The from beginning to the end, there were 368 cases found during inspections which did not meet the standard, and the inspection record indicated a 99.40% pass and 0.60% for did not meet standard.(Of the 1,537 inspections with 40 categories each, the total inspection subjects came to 61,480. In accordance to the failed inspection reports, this project provided the recommended support to immediately correct the failed categories to standards. Including all of the disqualified items, total of $3,630,970 NTD was deducted from subsidy of waste motor vehicles from recycling entities in northern Taiwan area.
